  1. 1. Money was charged but no key received

The system will refund your order automatically

There might be cases when technical issues prevent us from automatically delivering the key you've purchased. In those cases, the system will automatically refund you after it recognizes that you didn’t get a key.

Check if the payment isn't just reserved/pending

Depending on the payment method you chose, it might take more time for the transaction to be completed. Some payments might take up to 72 hours, especially cash payments and certain bank transfers. Once the payment is completed, the system will provide you with a key. 

Have you checked your Fungies Market game's library in Order History (after logging in)?

All your purchased products are available in My Orders when you log in to your account. If you don’t have an account, we recommend creating one to track your purchases with the same email you have used for purchasing.

  1. 2. Can I get a refund on Steam for a game bought on Fungies Market?

Since the products you can find in our marketplace come in the form of a digital key and their acquisition method on Steam is interpreted as retail, you won't be able to apply for a refund on their platform.

  1. 3. I don't want to play the game anymore

In cases when a product key is already displayed, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund. A product key can only be returned to receive a refund in two cases:

Before the product code is viewed.

If there's an issue with the product code itself (it is either invalid or previously used).

Keep in mind that we are a digital key marketplace, not a platform, and the seller of your product is not a direct publisher of the key, thus, they do not have any technical means to revoke or deactivate your key.

  1. 4. When I try to activate my product key I receive an error, what should I do?

If you receive an invalid error message while trying to activate a game, do not worry.

Before creating a ticket, please make sure that:

You are activating the game on the appropriate platform;

Double-check if the code you typed in is correct;If you are certain that the above criteria are met, and the key is still not working, simply create a Support ticket.

If you receive an error message that your code has already been used, please make sure to do the following:Before you submit a support ticket, try to log out from your account and log in again;Recheck your library since it can take some time for a game to appear in the list;

If the game does not appear in your library, contact our Support Team with all the details about your issue.In case your key is region locked, it means you purchased a game that is not supported in your region or country.
